Sketchwalk at Fort San Pedro

Another sketchwalk organized by Urban Sketchers Cebu, this time at Fort San Pedro is one of the most significant historical areas in Cebu City. Located in Plaza Independencia, this imposing military structure was built by the Spaniards under Miguel Lopez de Legazpi. Triangular in shape, this structure back to 1738 and is the oldest fort in the Philippines. It is currently a heritage site and is a popular spot for both tourists and locals alike. Most of the artists who attended the sketchwalk chose to to use the main structure as a subject.
