The International Red-White Singing Festival is a unique cultural exchange that started in Japan where Japanese performers sing to Non-Japanese songs and Non-Japanese sing to Japanese songs.
The 2017 event is particularly special as it was held outside of Japan for the very first time, right here in the Queen City of the South!
