Halo Restaurant by St Mark Hotel Cebu: You Had Me at Breakfast Buffet

Kidding aside, St Mark Hotel's Halo restaurant recently "upgraded" their breakfast buffet menu giving us more variety and to help us kick start our day better. For only 380 pesos, you can have a little bit of everything and their breakfast spread caters to all kinds of eaters. The best part is Halo accepts both in-house and walk-in guests!

 

For the health conscious or those who prefer a light meal, they have oatmeal, yogurt, all kinds of cereals, corn flakes, fresh fruits, or salad.

 

 

For a taste of tradition, they also serve puto maya (glutenous rice with coconut milk), manga (mango), and sikwate (traditional hot chocolate). Halo staff makes the puto themselves!

 

Sometimes they also serve budbud (another variation of the sticky rice recipe) instead of the puto maya.

Freshly baked pastries and different kinds of spread are also available.

Guests can also request for pancakes, and/or omelette with toppings of your choice cooked right on the spot. Halo has an open kitchen setup which allows an interactive dining experience.

Pinoy breakfast staples such as rice and viand are present of course.
